Did a prompt, timely, and highly professional job.  When the first installation of the commode leaked, he came back proomptly, and when leak continued (due to a microscopic crack in the water tank) he replaced it right away with a new unit--no hassles for us.
Charles Hunsucker runs a one-man operation and is clearly dedicated to doing the right thing in his work.  I won't hesitate to use him again.  He may cost more than some competitors, but he is worth it.

Creekside Plumbing is an extremely competent service provider.  They are very clear about pricing and offered concise options with related costs.  They use booties when they enter your house and always clean up after themselves.  When I need solid quality plumbing service fast, these are the guys I go to even if their pricing is higher than the 'cheap' guys.

Excellent professionalism, gave tips on the gas log system, walked me through the qoute, step by step. Very knowledgable, and gave several options and even my DIY questions.. i didn't use him only because he gave me some tips that helped me realize that the expansion was not necessary at this time. Genuinely seemed to be more concerned with providing appropriate service than making a buck. I would use again.

He works very quickly. He does work the does not relapse into future problems. One thing that impressed me, was that he did ask me if I had any other plumbing problems that needed fixed while he was there, so as to save me another charge for a service call. When I have called him, he has been able to get to me pretty quickly.

Creekside took my call quickly and followed up with an estimate. Their prices were high, but I thought they would replace my kitchen faucet with the same kind, because mine had a lifetime warranty. The replacement was scheduled on the spot, and the plumber was ready to do the work. He replaced my faucet with the wrong one, because he said they didn't carry the same kind I had. I felt they didn't want to honor their warranty. He did install the garbage disposal, but they were dishonest and didn't care about making me happy.
