Clear West Property Services LLC
About us
Clear West started as Krystal Clear Window Cleaning in 1994. We provide a wide variety of cleaning services to homeowners, commercial retailers, general contractors, and plant managers. We have added contracting services for homeowners over the years to provide them with maintenance, repairs, and improvements. We have several employees and do not use subcontractors for residential work. Our typical minimum charge is $150, but we never charge for estimates. Most of our cleaning estimates can be done over the phone, but if you are interested in storm panels, painting, fencing, etc., we will need to visit your home.

The provider was very prompt in communicating with me in order to schedule an appointment to have all the windows on my two story house cleaned both inside and outside. They arrived right on time. The service that I paid for was suppose to include cleaning the windows AND screens, both inside and out AND to clean the window sills. Though the two men worked diligently on cleaning the windows, they did not sufficiently clean the screens or window sills as agreed upon. I know they attempted to clean them, but there was dirt still on the frames of the screens and in the window sills. After they left, I proceeded to clean some of the downstairs screen frames and window sills myself. By only using a garden hose, I was able to get some of the dirt and build up off. There were 2 screens on the second floor that could only be reached with an extension ladder that were put back bent. It is my own fault for not checking out all the work that was completed before paying the provider. I just assumed everything was done correctly due to the amount of time that they spent cleaning all the windows. I thought it only right to call the provider the following day and verify that the job was to include cleaning the screens AND frames and also to clean all the window sills as well. The provider confirmed that it was included and that they had done all of it. I explained to him about washing dirt off the screen frames and window sills myself and informed him about the two screens being put back bent. He said he knew about the bent screens but sometimes that just happens when the screens are old. He said that my house needed to be thoroughly cleaned with a pressure washer and that my screens were all old and needed to be replaced anyways. He said since my windows were so dirty that they worked very hard at getting all of them clean and if the job wasn't exactly what I wanted then it was basically my problem. I told him that I wanted to call him and express my disappointment in the job that was done and to give him the opportunity to come back and complete it. He said "oh is that what you call it?" and I replied "yes". He told me that he had completed the job and did a good job and if I wasn't happy with it, then so be it. I told him that I just wanted to see if he would make it right so that I wouldn't need to give him a bad rating and review and he said that I could do whatever I wanted because he had worked hard and long hours on cleaning the windows and he was satisfied with his job as is. Not only is this provider rude and unprofessional, he only provides C rated work. Are my windows better after he left then before he came - Yes, but not $325.00 worth!
"I regret that (Member name removed) had such a bad experience, but it was not our company that cleaned her windows. There are other companies in the area with similar names, and i guess she is confusing us with one of them."
When I came home, I noticed the vine was missing from the downspout joint. The check was gone. I assumed he completed the work. My son gave me the check and said they didn't take it. A day later, we got rain. I noticed water coming out of the downspout joint near the gutter. My wife filmed it and I sent it to him. He said something may have gotten in there afterwards but he was there for the cleaning. He said he would come out in a week or so and take a look. It's been a month and I have not heard from him. The vine is growing out of the joint again. The gutters overflow when it rains.
I gave him an A for punctuality and responsiveness, because he did appear to have come out when scheduled. He was friendly over the phone. It cost me nothing because I never paid him.
But it seems he never really cleaned the downspouts.
"I regret that [member name removed] was not pleased with her gutter cleaning. I never dealt with her personally, as it was her husband i talked to each time. We did come out and clean the gutters in the normal fashion - removing debris by hand, then flushing with a hose. We did not notice an issue with the downspout as it is secured into the cement and we could not see the water flowing out the other end. We did not receive a check for the work. I did speak to [member name removed]on the phone and he was pleased with the service and said he would get a check to us. I received a phone call from [member name removed] a few days later with his concerns about the one downspout. I was negligent in getting by there for a few days as we were extremely busy. When i came by, I couldn't find any issues. When i finally spoke to [member name removed], he explained they had someone come out and fix the problem. I'm glad they got the issue resolved, but don't understand their issue with Clear West. We never got paid for this job. I can't imagine writing a bad review for a company that came out and cleaned my gutters and charged me nothing. The issue they had was a gutter repair, not cleaning. We would have been glad to do this repair, but i don't feel we were given the opportunity."
I was very impressed and they provided far better service than the crews that troll through neighborhoods knocking on doors and offering to clean the windows for $100.
Rick brought 2 assistants and all the right equipment.
Was finished in under two hours.
My husband was surprised they didn't speak with us very much.
Suited me just fine.
Definitely would recommend them and re-hire them.
