Service was performed within a few hours. Very good communication. service was completed 30 minutes earlier than expected everything was explained. I have had my Nisson Murano serviced at clear lake Nisson since it was new. always good communication good service and reasonable price with explanation

the last service was the upgraded oil change. There are some extra things with that. With all of the service on my vehicle C.L. Nissan has been very professional, thorough, and performed service in a timely manner.....usually within same day. They have provided a courtesy car ride home when service took a longer time. They provide a clear detailed report of all service and upcoming reminders. The service department technicians are knowledgeable, They currently provide a courtesy vacuum and wash when service is completed. That is appreciated ! I highly recommend Clear Lake Nissan both for vehicle purchase and for Service and Maintenance !!

There were several other dealerships vying for my business (Including McDavid Nissan that I had to take off the table for the Sales persons arrogant, bullish, condescending way in which he spoke to me. I actually emailed back my initial contact to let her know they lost the potential of doing business with me). If you are not comfortable even over the phone with how you are being treated, follow your instincts and proceed no further with doing business with anyone that makes you feel upset. After extensive research on the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder I was well equipped to know if I was getting a good deal or not. Eric at Clearlake Nissan was the only Sales Person to provided me options upon my request. All others kept holding me to just one option and 1 deal of 39 months and 15,000 miles with higher monthly payments. Even when I asked them to break down costs rather than the lump sum of my lease deal they were unwilling to. In addition Clearlake Nissan had my first choice in inventory, where the others were selling me a more costly Lease deal along with an exterior and interior colors that were not my first choice. Eric was responsive to my needs and how I plan to use the vehicle as well as courteous and professional communicating to me over the phone. His attitude, the deal and having my first choice won me over and when I arrived at the dealership Eric was just as gracious as on the phone. I test drove the same vehicle at another dealership the Thursday before I met Eric and he was able to answer questions I had about the features on the car that the other dealership sales person could not answer. A dealership is a team effort and the pre-work of options that Timothy in Finance provided to Eric before I came in also helped get me into the dealership. The Sales Manager DJ then worked with me on bringing the sales price of the vehicle down but still maintaing the terms that Timothy worked out. I then sat with Timothy to sign my contracts and provide my payments and he was just as professional and courteous as well. After it was all done Eric took me to vehicle with some last minute tutorials, gave me his cell and said feel free to call him with any questions. I took him up on that Monday 2 days after driving away with the car and Eric called me right back to address my questions. For Eric the customer relationship does not end with the sale of the vehicle and he truly understands that. I am happy to recommend Eric (Sales), Timothy (Finance) DJ (Sales Manger) as professional standards for Clearlake Nissan
