They do the same thing every time. I am satisfied and happy. They're fine. I don't think they need to do anything to improve.

They do this every week. The workers work hard. They do their work. They don't slack off at all. They don't sit around. They work hard. They remove leaves every time they come, not just on the big clean up day.

Sometimes they send a paper bill and sometimes I get one online. I am not sure how many yards of mulch it was. It was in front and back. They have been doing it for so many years that they just did it. I tell them when I want it done and they do it. The number one reason I go back to this company is reliability. Their pricing is fair.

Usually come on Saturday and they come every week. It's $39 a week unless you have a big service like mulch or something like that. They are reliable and professional.

We have used them for about 15 years. They come once a week. If I need to communicate with them I do it by email. They do many houses in our neighborhood. They do mowing, blowing, raking, trim any bushes, pull weeds. Regularly, whenever it needs it they just do it. Sometimes they do extra things that I ask them to do like mulch. They do pruning automatically, but sometimes I ask them to do some planting of bushes or flowers. And that costs extra. The regular stuff they just do it. Clean up and bag everything. Mulching they had done a couple of weeks before. I will have more when they come on Saturday. I don't know if or what they charged me for the flowers. Sometimes they don't charge me if it's not a lot. They're very reliable. They do anything you ask them to do. If you ask them to move a heavy pot, they just do whatever you ask them to. They are very nice and they do good work. Punctuality doesn't really matter to me because if it rains they  might come on a Monday because it rained over the weekend. They come pretty much on a Saturday morning pretty regularly at around 9 o'clock in the morning. So I would say they are punctual. But if something happens there's always a reason and they always make it up.
