Fantastic!! Can I give 6 stars? The most professional, courteous, and eager to please crew I have ever seen. They work hard until it is right. The tile looks like brand new, and they worked the stubborn dog stain out of the carpet. You will not be disappointed. Pricing is fair and up front.

David was wonderful and the work that he does is amazing. Our floors look new. The film was removed and he told us what to purchase to prevent this from happening again (don't ever use mop and glow!). David also gave us a reasonable quote to clean and polish our Terrazo tile floors. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic. The tile is 20 years old, but we kept good care of it, but over that time the grout, especially got dirty in some places. David cleaned the tile and got rid of marks left by the kitchen chairs. After cleaning the tile and sealing it, looks brand new! We opted for the colored sealant which was more expensive, but gave us a 15 year warranty. He did a great job and highly recommend him.1,000

I think it was an average price for what he did. He was here all day long. So I think it was reasonable. I have had it done before but it was a different type of tile so I don't have anything to compare to.
The tile was not as quite as white but I don't that was his fault. I think its the grout line is so tiny. He left the acid on for a long time. I don't think anyone else could have done any better.

David traveled from League City to Katy to color and clean the grout and tile in my 10 yr old home, approximately 1200 sq ft. This was a big job (~14 hrs). He was prompt, professional, hard working, and knowledgeable. His equipment was heavy duty professional grade. Master bath grout was cleaned and color sealed; this included both floor and tub/shower surround areas. The tile and grout throughout the house was cleaned and sealed. Everything looks great; I highly recommend Clean Tile and More!
