Excellent. Brad came out to show us samples. Scheduled an apt for Stephen to install stone. He was prompt and worked quickly. Did a through job of clean up. Job was excellent. We’ve had a lot of compliments on how nice our fireplace looks.

Brad and the team at Chim Chimneys are awesome!!! We visited their store last fall to talk about outdoor kitchen options. A few days later, Brad came to our house to discuss our design and followed up with a written estimate for our outdoor kitchen. We changed the design and Brad came back out to remeasure and confirm the new design in January. Their prices are very far (they were actually about 40% less than two other quotes that we received). The best part is that you can visit their store to see the various grills and equipment rather than simply look online or in a catalog. They will describe the pros and cons of the various grills based upon what you want. We were also able to choose the tile that we wanted from one of the tile stores that they recommend (literally hundreds of choices).
The installation crew is top notch and very professional. They were prompt, cleaned up at the end of each day, and best of all they did a quality job. The kitchen is high quality metal framing that is measured, cut, welded and fabricated on site. The exterior is hardie cement fiber board covered in stucco with the color of your choice. During the installation, we were able to discuss tile design layout options so that the finished product was how we wanted it. They have been doing this for many years and they are great at what they are doing. It is so refreshing to use a company that really cares about their customers and doing a quality job. We actually decided it would have been nice to have one additional cabinet door after it was installed. We contacted them, they provided a quote and installed it very promptly and with the same professionalism as the original installation. We highly recommend them!

The service area on angies list includes houston, but they won't go north of I-10.

They were very professional, very clean and very fair.  They were excellent.  I will be using them to help with the chimney cap.

Brenda (owner) came out and measured our fireplace for a glass door. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and made recommendations regarding style and colors. About 2 weeks later our door was installed and looks beautiful. She also had the installer rearrange our gas logs since they were originally put in backwards. I would highly recommend them for fireplace work plus their store in League City has everything you would need for barbequing.

I called and set up a estimate. The estimator was on time, took measurements and invited us to their showroom to explore options. I went the next day and selected my logs. Installation was on time and fast. We are very happy.

I visited the store a few weeks back and Sarah greeted me right away and spent considerable time showing me and explaining to me patiently about a new NG log set-up or glass option. I was originally planning on having it done from scratch even though I had a old grate and existing log set. The new set that I would have picked would have run me almost $900. After finding out that I was facing some unexpected health expenses, I decided to go the cheaper route and just re-paint the interior and replace the burner pan, lava rock, and new valving set-up.
I went back yesterday and Patty (I think her name was...didn't get her card) greeted me right away and I explained what I wanted to do and why. She was excellent and took the initiative to walk me through every step and sold me a kit instead of the individual parts, which would have been more expensive. So 30and quot; burner kit which includes burner pan/burner, sand, and ember material, 2 bags of lava rock, new on/off valve and two cans of paint. She was very, very helpful!! I cannot complement these folks enough. I was really impressed at how they dedicated their time, energy, and patience without making you feel rushed or going off half informed about what to do and how to do it.

We decided not to have the work done because there just wasn't enough space in our room for what we wanted to do. Chim-chimney's did an outstanding job of working with us by giving us several options and came out to our house to measure but it just didn't work out. The folks at Chim-chimney's were great to work with and I will definitely call them when we get ready for our outdoor kitchen.

They were excellent! They were pleasant, came on time, they worked in a clean fashion inside the home, and were very co-operative. They were also very knowledgeable.

Everything had gone fine with this service call. They did exactly what I hired them to do and nothing less. I am very pleased. Whatever they did really made things better than it was. The fireplace is in great shape now. It is kind of like it is brand new now. I thought the work that was done was done by a very nice and intelligent man. I definitely would call them back again.

Employee was very knowledgeable and told me about all my options. He wore cloth booties over his work boots in the house to protect floors. Chimney looks great after work.

Chim Chimneys was able to come right away as soon as I called them. They informed me my chimney pipes needed to be re-plumbed and the fire coating needed to be finished. I felt that they were a very honest company and they explained everything to a tee. They did get the fireplace work done in one day. They were very professional and their prices are great. I have not had any problems with my fireplace since.
