Could not come terms with regard to first bid and revised bid not being the same price. Only revision was paint color which was not properly addressed in first bid.
Designated appointment time came and went with Chris a no-show and no phone call indicating there was a problem/traffic issue.
At 10:45 ? my husband texted Chris asking if we were still on. At 10:50 my husband called Chris and left a voice mail asking if appointment was still
on.
At 11:11 ? Chris calls back indicating he is ?stuck in traffic? looks like it is flowing and will be there in 20 minutes unless we want to re-schedule. My husband told him we would like to keep the appointment, especially since he is so close. But at this point, it is obvious to us that he must have ?forgot? about the appointment as there is no way it takes that long to get from League City to Baytown even if there was ?traffic?.
At 11:58 ? Still no Chris. My husband called him and asked how close he was as there were no reported traffic issues anywhere in the city. He said, ?I apologize?. My husband asked whether he was even heading our way and his response was ?I apologize?. Needless to say we wasted half a day waiting for the owner to show who basically had no intention of even coming and didn?t even have the DECENCY to be HONEST- just straight up lied not once, but twice on the phone. Why would anyone want to do business with a business owner who would let a customer think he is coming when he had no intention of even showing up.
What does it say about an owner who schedules an appointment with a customer, then makes the client think he is coming then lies to the client that he is on the way when he hasn?t even gotten into his car.

Scott then planned out timing. We had to wait a bit as it was during the huge amount of rain League City got in September. But when it finally cleared, Scott called everyday to say when the painters would be there and what they would be doing.
They even painted and installed my newly purchased shutters.
Even after they were "done", Scott came over to ensure that everything looked good, and even pointed out a few touch ups that I had missed and made sure his guys came over and took care of it.
And my foyer looks great as well. The painters were very clean and courteous, and did a great job with a medium-dark gray in the foyer, which isn't easy, what with the crown molding, curved staircase and niches.
I am thinking of redoing my dining room and upstairs game room and I wouldn't call any one but Scott.

His crew was there on time and they did a very good job. We walked thru the finished job with Scott and the few touch-ups required were handled to our satisfaction.
