Punctuality was the worst I have ever seen on any company.Called on 7/10/12 for an estimate of carpet cleaning and a carpet repair.  Scheduled appontment for next day from 12-2pm.  Didn't show and never called until about 4:30.  Mentioned traffic delay for missing appointment.  Rescheduled for next day.The person showed but did not have carpet tack strips necessary for repair; so he left for Home Depot and returned about 1 hour later.  He repaired the carpet and cleaned it as per work order.  Repair did not look good and he stated that the work is guarenteed and to call again if the repair does not work.Called again on 8/8 for them to retry the repair.   Appointment scheduled for 8/10 12-2pm.    No show, no call.Called again on 8/14 for appointment on 8/17 12-2.    Showed at 2:15.  Repaired the carpet again but stated the carpet was poor quality and the repair probably would not hold.   I wish the first guy would have told me this information.Guess what happened this morning (8/20)??   The same guy shows up at 9:00am !  ! !   No appointment scheduled. The company has potential.  They clean carpet well.   They answer the phone when you call or they call back when you leave a message.  They just need to have a better schedule and meet the appointments they schedule.  Or if they can't meet the appointment; be in constant contact with the customer.
