"Mr. (Member name removed), Paperwork for your account was faxed to the monitoring station on 10/11/2013 with the same contacts still on your account today. Your alarm was installed on 10/14/2013. You signed off on the emergency contact notification sheet that all information was correct. You also made the choice to buy your own monitors, unfortunately the wrong monitors were purchased. At this point 2 hours of labor were paid at $95.00/hour, our company would gladly attach proof if Angies List allowed that. Anytime a customer purchases their own equipment there is a risk of the wrong equipment being purchased. The next service call was ran on 10/24/2013 to adjust the 2 camera system purchased, unsure where you are coming up with the $1700.00 as your camera system did not cost this much. Then on 7/13/2016 we ran a service call due to the cameras not working, our technician discovered your baluns were not working and needed to be replaced, we did not charge you for this assessment. On 8/4/2016 you, Mr. Alcorn were contacted and the price of the baluns and service fee were confirmed. Our company offers a 1 year warranty on all of our labor and equipment, the baluns were well over 2 years at this point. Mr. (Member name removed) was not present at the first or second service call when his wife then refused to pay for equipment that we replaced and proceeded to scream at our technician using foul and vulgar language, so offensive that our technician started recording, again we would gladly attach again if Angies List would allow. In defense of the company, anyone can make a review true or false of the situation. Cannon has an A plus rating with the better business bureau, BBB allows all facts to be submitted and the outcome to be determined by a mediator. We are new to Angies List and will be following up to get this review removed as we have sufficient proof backing our response. Thank you, Cannon Team"
"Mrs. (Member name removed), We are so sorry to hear your experience was poor with our company. Your account has no notes that you ever called in about any issues and we never ran a service call in the 5 years that you were a customer. The only contact we have had since the install in 2011 was a call to cancel in February of this year which was processed immediately.
