 + -1 moreShe came on time, and was very nice. She seemed very professional also, but we did not go with her. We did not pick her because of the distance. I would not use her again in the future.

 + -1 moreI don?t have anything negative to say about her. I would recommend her. Overall she did quite well. Even though she didn?t make it to the closing of the deal, she did have her broker stand-in for her. So, we were well taken care of. She has very good communication. She kept up with us the whole way through the transaction. She was very professional and very hardworking. She showed me many houses while I was house-hunting.
Description of Work: I used Joan Skellenger for real estate requirements.
