If I could give a "No Star", I would. Came out to look at a fridge repair, gave me a cost for parts & services and service call ($86.55). Paid everything upfront. They (Andres) priced the parts & labor ($137.48) and then a few days before the scheduled service, calls and says they ordered the wrong part & had to order the correct part (no problem, it happens). Now this morning (the day to come and complete the repair), I get a call and they state I owe them an additional $262.00 for the "new" part & additional tech fees. Completes the work but wouldn't leave until he is paid. Oh it gets better, he scratched the floor while moving the fridge and then tries to blame it on my wife. Gets smart mouthed with her and says "what am I supposed to do, build you a new house". Worst service ever from costumer service to the technician.

Came out same day we called. Took dryer apart completely and discovered that the heating element was damaged. Unfortunately this Whirlpool part was not on their truck so had to order it from Whirlpool. Arrived next day from Whirlpool supply. Came out that afternoon to complete the work. Unfortunately, Whirlpool factory had packed the wrong part in the box (right number on box but wrong heat exchanger). Had to reorder. The right part came in next day. Came out immediately when it arrived. This time worked perfectly. Cleaned entire inside of machine, reassembled, and dryer is now working like new!

I called Andre and made an appointment for the next day. The person on the phone took down all the info on my dryer (brand, model number, etc) so the repair man would have the correct part when the came. About an hour later I got a call that there had been a cancellation and they could come within the hour. That was fine with me! The problem was diagnosed in abut 5 minutes, I was presented with a very fair estimate and the work was done quickly. Dryer works great now. I highly recommend Andres.

Initially called Sears Svc Center on Sunday 7-12-15 to schedule repair; told by call taker that the earliest they had an available appointment would be Thursday, July 16. Asked if there was a way to get an earlier appointment; rep stated he would ask scheduling to check for earlier appointment and call me within 3 hours, they never called! Called Andre Appliance Monday (july 13) morning @ 8:40 a.m. spoke with receptionist who had to put me on hold several times while taking my information due to the phones were ringing off the hook. She advised the trip charge would be $45 as opposed to Sears $99; and set an appointment between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The repairmen, Geroge, showed up at 10:30 a.m. came in plugged in the refrigerator and determined the compressor starter relay was defective. He replaced the relay and the unit started cooling immediately. George was very kind and very knowledgeable. Could not have been happier with the entire experience!

Woke up to a 70 degree refrigerator 5/12/15 and looked on Angie's list for service people in my area, found Andre's and called. Even though it was before they opened someone answered the phone and took my information and said they were booked but would work me in. To my surprise George called about 8:30 and was at my door a few minutes later. He checked out the machine and found that the ice door was not sealing and allowing hot air to freeze the coil, not allowing air flow to the fresh food compartment. Part had to be ordered, but he was able to temperately fix the ice drop so it would cool.
On 5/15/15 George returned with parts in hand and was able to repair the refrigerator in a very short time. What I like about George is he is what I call Old School, uses his knowledge to check a machine from top to bottom before making a decision on the problem.
I will definitely keep this number handy for future repairs and would recommend then to anyone.

After several attempts to fix it they took it to their shop. I was told it runs fine in their shop so it must be my outlet. However, they told me they checked the outlet and it was working. I asked for a refund on the part they did not use. I was assured this circuit board was the reason the dryer was not working. I prepaid for the part and the labor to install it. The part was never installed. They refused to refund for the unused part. I did not ask for any of the money I prepaid for labor just the unused mother board which cost $129. I will never do business with this company again. I was told Lorena was the only one that could authorize the refund. She never bothered to call me herself just relayed the message through the dispatcher.

The call to Andre Appliacnce Service was pleasantly answered; technician was able to arrive the same day as the call. George arrived in a timely manner and was able to establish what was wrong with the gas oven. He had the part needed and replaced the ignitor. After verifying the part had been installed correctly and there was no gas leaking, George presented the bill and was then on his way.

When I called them, it didn't take them very long; George, our service tech came out the next morning or noon. He fixed the hinges on the door, put it all back together and it is functioning perfectly since. Their cost was very reasonable too. I would use them again absolutely. They are very good about the different expertise they have on their staff. They were really good about talking to me on the phone and getting back to me on things. They came out on a Saturday. He had it all done within an hour, so it was great. George looked at it and he knew right away, and figured out how to get the hinges fixed. He did an amazing job. They are a wonderful service.
