It didn't... Day 1 - 2 hrs before they were supposed to show: "would it be possible to reschedule until tomorrow...it would be a great help...I can work around your schedule..." so I make arrangements to take off work early to be there. their response "it'll be tomorrow at 3 i may get there early to get the other work done first" seems pretty committal to me. they closed with "thanks again, I'll see you tomorrow." Day 2 - today - 3:00, no word... I reach out to them, to find out that they "are running late" "we can do Friday". I ask again, to press for today as I took off work early for them. So the owner AJ calls me. He makes it clear the "[He] would never have taken the job". that my time requests were unreasonable (but they agreed to it without hesitation). Wen I asked about tomorrow he said "there is no way we will be there tomorrow, we are starting a big job". I guess it it normal practice to lie to customers/string them along. We lost our opportunity to have things fall into place, and now have increased risk with the remainder of our construction project. What bothers me is that the owner made no effort to help us when his #2 guy made promises he couldn't keep, and even cost me hours of work time...hard losses. his attitude was that my request was unreasonable (never was that expressed before) and so he had NO reason to try to accommodate it. Again that was NEVER expressed prior. He had NO problem with the way his employee treated me, strung me along or cost me work time. Because tomorrows job is "a big one" it is more important than any other one. I gave a deadline and 1 week to do a 2-3 hour job, they committed to us and then at the LAST minute, completely blew us off. This is NOT a trustworthy company They WILL string you along and the owner condones this, and then will blame you for "unreasonable expectations". and in doing so wash his hands of only culpability in the problem. Trust is everything in this business. I recommend finding a different tree service, one that IS trustworthy.

They did a great job! I was satisfied with the work that they provided. The price was fabulous as well.
