After my three couch cushions were chewed up, I tried calling Meticulous furniture repair for an estimate on repairs. No answer, so I left a message. Two weeks later, no return call. I then tried calling Richards upholstery repair. Again, no answer so I left a message. One week later, no return call. I called 5-star on a Wednesday afternoon and was actually shocked at this point that owner Mike Verizzi answered the phone on the first ring! Ten minutes later, I was at his shop getting an estimate and a brief walking tour of his working space. Lots of guys in the shop working diligently on various auto projects at the time, but Mike assured me he could take care of my furniture cushions. He finished right on time as he had promised, on Monday morning. He also thanked my dogs for the business.....
