They were awesome! The crew was on time and cleaned up and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the remodel! We're going to hire them again to do our kitchen in a few months

I was not expecting to have to deal with a new fence but after a hurricane I was left with no choice. Being that many people were in the same situation I was fortunate to find 3rd Coast Custom Renovations. The process wasn't easy as the demand for new fences after a hurricane was high but Sonja always made me feel valued as a customer.
From start to finish Sonja was a blessing! She was professional, courteous, and customized my needs. She's honest and has integrity. She's definitely a trusted resource, very reasonably priced, and cares about her customers.
I highly recommend and will rely on again. Ask for Sonja!

Took 3 weeks to complete just my back fence. Does good work but not reliable.

"Bruce this job consisted of four homes and a few things were added as well yes there was a few rains out days and we had a few people out but in all due respect Bruce it was not three weeks for just your yard. You also asked us to take care of the fence between you and your neighbor AFTER your fence was done. I am sorry it took a few more days than anticipated but I encourage you to check your text messages and the date you paid for the completion of your fence. Thank you for your business and let me know if you need anything further."

They were very accommodating and had my fence nearly complete before I even moved in. The fence that was up needed sections repaired or even replaced. We moved to Houston from Seattle, and they worked with me even though I was in a different state at the time. It was completely finished and my 4 dogs were able to run around just a couple hours after we arrived in Houston!
