I was having some serious issues and Ben responded and was at my house by 8am that same morning. He did a thorough job at explaining what he was doing, what he found, and steps to remedy. Excellent device and fair pricing. Ended up replacing meter base due to arcing and resulting damage.

Great, replaced "dangerous" brand, to bring up to todays code standards.

Always a first class experience. I own a remodeling and a real estate investing business and Copper Creek are my go-to for any electrical need. Our most recent project was installing can lights, updating some outlets with GFCIs and installing light fixtures. Projects have ranged from quickly troubleshooting a tripping breaker to entire rewires. Honest, reasonable, prompt, great quality and a pleasure to deal with.

Ben came out the next day after we called and spoke with Candace. Our neighbor's house caught fire in the storm and our electricity was doing something strange, breakers wouldn't stop popping and lights were dimming. Oncor came out and left, stating the voltage tested fine going into the house. Ben was able to quickly troubleshoot the issue and determined the voltage coming from the transformer was the issue, the problem actually was with Oncor! Ben saved me from having to buy new breakers, which was going to be the next step in trying to figure out the mystery. This was the second time we used Copper Creek Electric and now we'll only use Copper Creek Electric. I highly and happily recommend Copper Creek Electric: very fair, honest, and friendly.

Copper Creek Electric has been my to go company for the last couple of years. Their response time is usually within an hour. And they have always been honest and upfront with any of my repairs. Ben has always been very helpful and always letting me know if I'm up to code with things in my house. He replaced a outdated circuit board and had it done in a few hours. Today Candace and Ben came out and replace some lights and fans that were taken out when my house was struck by lightning. They are both so friendly and easy to talk to and very professional. Ben even did some work that I didn't know that was needed in my attic. He is always looking after his customers. And to me that states professionalism of the highest degree. You definitely will not be unhappy with any of their services they provide.

It went very well. I need to install two outlets, one in the garage and one in the restroom. I called around 10am and the techs arrived around 11:15am the same day (I live close to the location of the company). Candance and Ben are nice and professional. They did the job in less than one hour and cleaned up the dust. The price is very fair. I paid $250 in total, $99 for two hours labor (two techs in one hour in my case) plus the material fee. I will use Copper Creek Electric again.

Very professional team at Copper Creek - from scheduling the appt all the way thru to the completion of the job. The electricians were very knowledgeable, professional, quick and clean. The entire team was wonderful - I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

They were very responsive to my estimate request. It was very competitive compared to other offers I received. The work was scheduled to be done within 2 days. They were prompt and completed the install in no time flat. I will consider them again for other work I have planned.

These guys are awesome. They were able to fit us in sooner than our appointment due to another job falling through. They showed up quickly, did all the work we needed that same day they came out and were reasonably priced. Would definitely call again if we need more electrical work done.
