C & D came out as scheduled and did the routine check up and filter change.  We have used C & D for at least the past 8 years for annual maintenance and the installation of one of our A/C units.  They have always been friendly and courteous when setting appointments and coming into my home.  They come within the service window given, but have had a couple of times when jobs before mine were running longer than planned.  They have always called to give me a new estimated time of arrival and would reschedule if I could not stay longer than originally planned.  We are very happy with their services and would recommend them.

I had a lot of noise from the AC unit. They had misdiagnosed it as the fan motor, and replaced it with a brand new one. But when the noise persisted, they quickly admitted their mistake (apparently it's hard to tell) and replaced the fan and refunded the price of the new motor. Robert, one of the owners, showed up with the new fan and a check for the difference. They were prompt and cheerful. Most of all, they are honest. You can definitely trust these guys. Five stars.

A DIFFERENT AC company came out to and quot;fixand quot; my unit and then gave me high pressured sales to replace my unit that is only 6 years old. They did close to $300 worth of work and said it was fixed. The next day we realized that although it was blowing out air, it was not cooling. First company was going to charge me another service charge, even though they obviously did not fix the problem the day before. They were also very rude on the phone. I then contacted Cand D air after reading reviews on Angie's List. Cand D was fantastic! They quickly saw the problem (that the other company DID NOT complete work they had charged me for) and fixed it! Benjamin, from Cand D was very professional, honest and knowledgeable. He only charged $140 and air started running nice and cold. These guys are HONEST and I will use them every time now!!

The two techs that came out were great. I showed them in and instructed them where to go for the system. They were very nice and professional. Checked out the unit in the attic, all return vents, the unit outside, etc. Then, they gave me a comprehensive summary of everythign they did and found. Our unit is nearly 20 years but was a top of the line when purchased. We had it checked out every which way before we purchased our home, as this was a major concern for us (and Texas summers and no AC do not go together). The main tech informed me it is a very old unit (yes, I knew) that was a top of the line brand but that it was working perfectly (I knew that, too!). I appreciated their thoroughness, honesty and professionalism. They will call us in the spring to come out to do our spring check up! I look forward to having them as a service partner.

Great service. Inspected AC unit and found bad part. Changed out bad part. Only charged $84.00. Another HVAC repair company told me I needed a new unit that would cost $5,100. Cand D. Honest and reliable. They are my new HVAC people.

We have been very happy with their maintenance. They come twice a year for the check on the heating and air conditioning.

We've worked with them for a very long time, and the service has been terrific! Their pricing is reasonable, and they do what they say they will do. They've been very professional and excellent to deal with.

Robert Bailey was knowledgeable and his crew did a good job on the ducts. He is coming out today 1/15/13 to bring me another thermostat that better meets my needs, and I look forward to this company servicing my a/c and heating needs in the future. I signed an annual contract with them and would recommend them to anyone.

My old AC units were on their last legs and my house would not cool or heat properly. Some areas would be cool while some were warm and my electric bills were high. Curt inspected my old system and suggested a new zoned system to address the cooling and heating challenges my house presented. After installing the new revamped system the heating/cooling was 100% improved. Curt told me to see how it operated for a couple weeks and if it was not exactly what I wanted to call him back. After a couple weeks I called him to ask if it could be improved even more. He did some analysis and then completely replaced the zoning system to one of a different design, at no charge. The results were outstanding. My last electric bill was $150 less than I was paying with my old system, and best of all my family and I are comfortable in the house no matter what the temperature outside. I found Curt to be a professional who is knowledgable, straightforward and takes genuine pride in his work. I would highly recommend Cand D to anyone looking for quality service on their Cooling/Heating system.

They are fairly local to my area. The quality of their service is good. They didn't come as early into the heating season as we wanted. We signed up for the automatic check ups and either they were busy or they had a miss-communication. It ended up turning out okay. We were satisfied with their service. I would recommend them for heating and cooling services.

Everything has turned out fine so far. Nothing is wrong with the unit, but we feel they will be a good company to have when something does go wrong.
