+ -1 moreThere are no details to give, since the contractor couldn't be bother to even show up and give an estimate.
Description of Work: Called the company 3 times. Even sent them email through their website and through Angie's List. No response to emails. No one ever showed up to give me an estimate for a new roof. On the third call, I was told they would send someone out to give me an estimate, within 2 weeks. No one ever did show up. My $7,500 went to someone else. If they couldn't be bother to so much as give me an estimate, I would say, poor performance on their part. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Work was supposed to be done in one week. There was small leak in front wall. Water was damaged inside room wall. leak and roof next to wall was fixed. Inside room was painted twice as first time cracks came in the finishing of sheatrock of wall. Outside stucco wall has a misatch of paint which was assured in the work order. Warranty was provided for the work for one year. But it went from 3/5/2015 through 3/27/2015. Some of the times workers didn't show up. Even now paint in the front wall doesn't match and i am still waiting for response from Archie Garza to see if he will be correcting the paint work in the front wall. It's already more than 3 weeks but I didn't get any response yet.

+ -1 moreGave estimate and stuck by it; came (mostly) when they said they would. I think they had to delay one day because the crew hadn't finished a previous job somewhere else. Got the job done in two days; cleaned up area afterward; had to call a week or so later when I found a bunch of roofing nails that had come off with the old shingles. The owner came out with a young guy who went around the building with a magnet. Should have been done when the job was completed. Other than that, very happy with the work, price, and everything else. Am going to call them to get a quote on some drywall work.
Description of Work: Removed old shingle roof on small church building, repaired hail and water damage to wood decking, put on tar paper, new shingles, new flashing around pipes, repaired water damage in bathroom ceiling and installed new flat roof over bathrooms.

+ -1 moreThe service was excellent. Mr. Garza is very punctual and knows what he is doing. He is very easy to talk to and he is a great person. I had never used my house insurance before and he walked me thru the process and was very generous with the deductible price. His crew showed up one morning and finished the same day before i got out of work. I checked the roof and it was a great job.

+ -1 moreUnlike others contacted, detailed explanation of work to be done and price for upgrading was reasonable so we did. Took 3 days. Workers courteous and knowledgeable in what they were doing (not day labor). Detailed receipt with warranty clearly spelled out. Would recommend highly.
