I called to get an estimate. After setting an appointment, the estimator arrived at the designated time, suggested various solutions, and then left. Within an hour I had an emailed written estimate, with a contract should I desire to proceed. Once I made an initial down payment, the gates were started. I was promised a delivery date. The company had to move the date up one day, as rain made the installation not possible. But the next day the gates were installed, professionally done exactly the way we wanted.
