It's been a NIGHTMARE!!! Back on September of 2010 I hired DIONISIO TORRES to build my restaurant & he didn't finish it. He took my money and didn't pay subcontractors, neither material providers. Now, I have mechanical liens on my property and no restaurant. I'm suiting him civilly & criminally. Check his CIVIL SUIT RECORD at the DISTRICT CLERK'S OFFICE of WEBB CO. Need more details? Call me at 956-7631010. Avoid the headache DIONISIO TORRES ESTRADA akaTORRES DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION very bad reputation in town. They real address is 2110 Bermuda Dr. # 20 @ PLANTATION TOWNHOMES.
