Air Conditioning - Auto
I wouldn't recommend them. We've had service for them for a couple of years. They came out two separate times. I gave them another chance but they came out and gave us a quote that was several thousands too high for the work they'll do. We had somebody else come out and do the work. We were asked by them to have them come out and do a quote for some other work we needed. We did that and they came out and gave us another really, really bad quote. In another words, if we took their advice on what we needed done, we would have paid a couple of thousand dollars for something that cost about 150 bucks. They did maintenance service for us for 2 years. They absolutely did not tell us the truth about the condition of our system. They told us that we needed a big job done when we didn't need that at all.

They did real well. They were really good. They sent me the invoice which was different from the quote and it was quite higher but the officer was sorry and said that they will just go with the quote so I was really happy.

I could not get anyone from the company to call me back. I left multiple messages on the company voicemail and received no response.

"Having checked our records for Both July 7th, 27th & 28th we can find no record of any voicemail for (Member Name) . Our office lines are forwarded to a company cell phone and answered by company personnel after hours and on weekends. We have no record of any services ever being performed at the customers address. During business hours our office is open from 8 AM to 5 PM and our office has 3 people available to answer phone lines. We do not have a voicemail system on our office lines.
