It puts in several disks and just keeps cycling around. I've taken very good care of it, but it failed. I did not buy the insurance. It stopped recognizing that there were disks one day all of a sudden. It did not change from one disk to another. I was able to get one disk out of which was in the current window. They said I had voided the warranty and I needed to send it back in. I called up Sony and told them that I had this problem. I called four different times, and each time I think I got somebody who was in a foreign location. Each time they said they would get back to me, and they never did. I left them my e-mail, my home phone number, and my address. I had also sent a letter. Each time I called them they had no idea. They had no information on what I was trying to get back from them. They had returned a brand-new unit to me. What disappointed me the most was that they had in no way gotten back to me. This was a Sony unit that does repairs in Texas. I have no confidence now that I would get any sort of response. I thought they would be a little bit more responsive.
