Electrician arrived within a half hour of t he appointed time (a rarity here in Laredo), presented copies of his license and insurance, examined the work to be done than pointed out the charge from a schedule of charges. Upon acceptance he went promptly about the task with a minimum of disruption. Finished quickly, let me see what was done then pointed out the availability of a coupon that reduced the charge. I could be more pleased. I recommend them and will use them again when needed.

They checked everything out and found the problem was with electricity company. Since it was with the electricity company, they could not make any repairs. I still had to pay a $180.00 Saturday service call to tell me what the problem was.
