Do not use this company for anything at all. They are simply taking people's money. It has been 7 months since I ordered the product and I have yet to hear from them when my slipcover will be made and delivered. I've lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do me a favor and check out all the complaints before you ever consider ordering anything from this band of thieves.

This was a repeat order, and we had previously had a very good experience. The company still had the measurements on file from 2008 and said they would not need new measurements for the chair. I ordered the slipcover in Aug 2010 and received it in Feb 2011. The new cover did not fit properly. I returned it to Needle and Shears for warranty work in Mar 2011. I received confirmation that the slipcover had been received at that time. Since then, I have not received any response to email requests for an expected delivery date, or repair status. I regret having used their services and will find a local upholsterer to make a slipcover as soon as I get a refund.

"There have been some problems associated with the re-work of your slipcover. We apologize for the extreme delay in correcting the issues and the sparse response from this end. But, I want to assure you that your cover will be fixed and sent back to you. I hope to have an update for you soon. Sincerely, Mark - customer service"
