HORRIBLE
Description of Work: Mark sounds great on the phone. A gentleman for sure. They are quick to respond in the beginning to sending swatches, collecting money and processing order. Then your nightmare begins. It takes forever to get your slipcovers. I ordered in early Sept and received my covers beginning Jan 2012. They didn't fit and there was a slight stain on the fabric. Sent them all back and it took almost 21/2 - 3 months to get them back. My ottoman cover is not in the order(missing) and all of the covers do not fit again. They appear to have not even been touched or repaired, recut or whatever!!. They fit extremely tight and I can't zip them up. There are 3 small stains on the right front of the couch cover and a snag in the fabric and a huge long grayish line running along the back of one of the chair covers. Looks like the fabric was on the bolt too long. Where is my ottoman cover?? who knows! Probably still in Mexico somewhere !! I have friends, neighbors all around the country inquiring about their services, meaning they call Needle & Shears and Mark tells them all about his great company and how they have a wonderful product, will get it to you in 2 months time but they are not telling the truth. My friends then call me and tell me they get thru to the company but when I try to call they don't answer their phones as many other customers have noted. But funny how they answer for all of my friends/family who have tested them and will continue to test until I get a decent product or refund at this point. I have to say Mark has answered his phone most recently and has had email correspondence after I received my 2nd delivery of the so called reworked covers. I was told they are looking into the missing cover and my current photos are being reviewed by their patterning dept(his wife) Still waiting to hear what they are going to do to make it right! If I have to take out a full page ad in the local Laredo newspaper stating the facts about this husband & wife team I will. The local authorities are onto them as well and all steps have been taken to get this business off of the web. This type of business gives. honest business owners a very bad rap! I even asked Mark how do you sleep at night ?? Stay tuned......

Do not use this company for anything at all. They are simply taking people's money. It has been 7 months since I ordered the product and I have yet to hear from them when my slipcover will be made and delivered. I've lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do me a favor and check out all the complaints before you ever consider ordering anything from this band of thieves.
Description of Work: Ordered a slipcover from this company in November 2010. It is now June 24, 2011, and I have heard absolutely nothing from this company. No one answers the phone and emails are not being returned.

This was a repeat order, and we had previously had a very good experience. The company still had the measurements on file from 2008 and said they would not need new measurements for the chair. I ordered the slipcover in Aug 2010 and received it in Feb 2011. The new cover did not fit properly. I returned it to Needle and Shears for warranty work in Mar 2011. I received confirmation that the slipcover had been received at that time. Since then, I have not received any response to email requests for an expected delivery date, or repair status. I regret having used their services and will find a local upholsterer to make a slipcover as soon as I get a refund.
