I overheard Mr. Trevino speaking two a customer about his services. I asked him for a business card. After checking around for prices, I gave him a call and spoke to him about my computer problems. Since I work everyday his schedule worked perfect for me. He came over and checked our laptops and determined that they were slow and not working properly due to the virus infections. He took them and gave me a call about the issues I had with the laptops. I asked him to fix them. When he brought them back to me, he took my old pc and laptop with a broken screen. He ordered the screen for my laptop and informed me my old pc could not be fixed. Since I had a lot of information and family pictures, he was able to recover all my data from the old pc. Once he received the new screen he installed it and brought it back to me. I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I was concerned at first on the cost of the services and it was the reason why I took too long to have the services done thinking it would be very expensive. I would recommend My Computer Health Center of Laredo to everyone
