He did an excellent job. My family and I were very happy and satisfied with the job he did.

Mr. Mata from M & M is a professional from start to finish. He would arrived at 8 am and end at 5:30 p.m. If he saw a problem, he would show you the problem and suggest a solution to it. I am also pleased because he gave us the opportunity to choose what we wanted to put in the bathroom. He would advised us if the item would work or not. My house was built in the 1950, so unforeseen problems added up to the estimate he gave at the beginning. However, we are very pleased and happy with the results. He finished the bathroom in eight days. He is now starting to remodel our second bathroom. We are extremely fortunate to have found Mr. Mata in Angie’s list. I would highly recommend M & M for any remodeling project.

Job done as requested.

Group of older men from a church in North Texas came and installed new drywall in our small church building.  They couldn't stay long enough to do the tape and float so asked me to find a local contractor and get estimate.  They planned to return and do trim and paint later.  After getting an estimate for the entire job (after drywall was installed), I initially asked contractor to do tape and float job, then added trim and paint job later.  Contractor was responsive in being able to add the second part of the job and began it within two days of completing the initial job.  Overall, they did a good job on both, although had to tell them to add a second coat of wall paint because painter didn't use enough to cover the first time (I had purchased a very good brand of paint - not contractor grade).  Had some minor issues with scheduling various parts of the job at times, but overall everything went well.  Used contractor for several jobs, and final cost of each was exactly what contractor estimated on every job.

Very good results. Will definitely call this provider again.

The project took a total of five days from start to finish, which was largely dictated by the amount of time required for the concrete to cure (overnight twice) and the mortar to cure as well.
M and M Construction offered good advice and expertise on how to solve for some complications in the original structure.
Framing went quickly and tiling the entire 6' x 7' x 3' shower enclosure took only a day.
The finish-out of grouting details and tile-setting was done with maximum care and precision, and the team were very conscientious of cleanup after the project was completed.
Would definitely recommend for similar projects.

Project took longer than expected, Mr Mata's work was very professional. However, the plumber/electrician (Mr. Mendez) he hired was not a very reliable individual. All the delays were due to Mendez not showing up when scheduled.

The project went as scheduled, on budget, and the outcome more than met expectations.

Strongly recommend !!! My parents needed their roof replaced so I found Mand M Construction on Angie's List. Spoke with owner, Mario Mata. He was at my parents house within the hour. I really felt good about this guy and he had a complete estimate in a couple of hours. We didnt even bother gettin a second estimate. He was straightforward, NO B.S! Him and his crew got the job done in 3 days. He stuck to original estimate and we will definitely hire him for future projects.

Mand M is a very professional contractor. They arrived on time every time and would work the entire day to get the job done. If guidance was needed, they did not hesitate to ask me before they did any kind of action. Even when I made an adjustment that was major in scope - moving a wall from one point to another as it didn't feel right to me - they complied and worked it out with very little trouble. Payment and costs were agreed upon in advance, with about 1/3 down and the remaining to be paid upon completion. At no time, did Mand M ask for additional cash during the project with the remaining balance being paid only after the work was completed, inspected and done.
All in all, I am extremely pleased with the job that has been done and look forward to hiring Mand M again in the future.

My garage was existing, but the owner before me didn't finish the garage. They did an awesome job. He is very considerate. He made suggestions for trim and colors to match the old part of the garage that was already finished. I highly recommend him to anyone.
