If you're looking for a home inspector, look no further. We were very content with the service we were just provided. Mr. Laurel gave us a time of appointment and arrived at such time as well as an estimated inspection time so we could be out and about. As soon as he was reaching the end part of his inspection he gave us a call to go over. Mr. Laurel was very detailed in what he did, he walked us throughout the whole house showing us what he checks for, what he did and all the things he spotted. Even things that we completely overlooked. Luckily for us the house we bought had minor cosmetics, but even then Mr. Laurel explained to us that those minor details could become bigger problems in the future so regardless of the size of the problem he made sure to put it in his report. He also showed us and explained extensively how to do maintenance on our water heaters and AC unit. Without question I would recommend Laurel home inspection to all my friends and family member as future home buyers. To make this short, if you want a detailed walk through and explanation of your home inspection, a trust worthy and down to earth person the you're on the right path.
