HOMAR COLCHADO INC

Description of Work: I remodeled my home, and he was hired to do the complete rewiring. The project started in February. and here it is June and he hasn't completed what he was hired to do. When he did come he would leave his assistant and he would leave. If he stayed it was for 15 minutes, and say that he would be back, and never came that day. After numerous phone calls he would come back three or four days later. Yet he still would not finish what he was supposed to do. My project is now complete except for the last of the wiring. On Friday June 3rd, it will be three weeks that he has not attempted to complete the job. I have called him on a daily basis, and so has my contractor, but to no avail. He doesn't answer his phone nor does he return calls after numberous messages left on his voice mail. His work is substandard, half of the plugs in the new room have no power, and the new phone line he installed in my new kitchen also has no power. I have wires hanging out under my cabinets as he was supposed to install lighting. Outside, there is wiring hanging out, as he was supposed to install my door bell. He is also pending the dimmers on the lights in the two new rooms, and that hasn't been done either. From a 0 to 10, I give this man a 0. I do not recommend this person in any form or fashion.
