Overall, it has been a headache with this man. From the very beginning I saw that he wasn't really interested in doing a good job. He actually doesn't do much work, as he has the assistant climbing to the attic to do all the work up there. He makes commitments and doesn't fullfill them. He will say, I will be here bright and early tomorrow. I have waited on several occasions bright and early as he stated, and he never showed up. It looks like that at this point I will file a complaint with the City of Laredo Building Inspectors to see if he will come and finish. If he doesn't, I will have to find someone else to complete the job. I think Three weeks is enough time to have waited to have my project completed.
