I originally went for a freezing lines on my ac sytem I told them the situation and they said they had 19 years of experience and that problem would be fixed.. $1,800 later problem still persists.. and they recommended additional parts and service to be performed to correct problem and problem was not corrected... After third time they asked me to return to check system by this time truck had been in their shop for 9 days... I requested my money and they refused to give me my money they claimed they fixed the problem... In all honesty I did not want the money I wanted to fix the problem but since they charged me for something that was not corrected I thought I deserved the money they were polite and courteous but the service was for s***!!!!!
I would not recommend them to anyone and I would not go to them for free service either...
