"I apologize you weren't 100% satisfied - however I do have to disagree with several statements in your Review. We always let customers know the evening before that your job is scheduled for the next day. In addition - we accommodated your husband's work schedule and came within the timeframe you requested. The $100 service fee in both instances was your labor charge for the installation of those parts. Also - when you had originally e-mailed regarding your Polaris not working, your e-mail wasn't clear and I misunderstood and thought you were talking about a new problem. That's why I had told you there would be another service call fee for that. Once that confusion was cleared up, I made sure our repair techs were at your house the next day to correct the programming issue on the panel for the cleaner. The repair techs made sure your husband was 100% satisfied and everything was in working order before they left. I even followed up after they left by e-mail to make sure everything was good to go."
"We do have an algae free guarantee provided you keep the pool clean and free of debris. We tell our customers we are here to do as little or as much as you would like. Our basic chemical service is $74.95/month plus tax with other levels/services available depending on your needs. We let all our customers know that if you see algae in between service visits, just give the office a call and we'll take care of it. I didn't see any notes on your account - and when you cancelled you had stated there were no issues with the service. We sincerely apologize you weren't 100% satisified - had we been made aware of the issue we most certainly would have addressed it promptly."

4EverClear Pools service tech 'Chuck' fixed the filter by identifying it was the breaker switch not being ON position fully.
He also had to replaced the capacitor as well.
Appreciated the honest assessment of the issue and did not try to sell me a new filter.
"I certainly apologize that you weren't 100% satisfied with our work. I do wish you would have called our office to let us know there was an issue, as we certainly would have it addressed and sent the repair technician back out to take care of the debris and powder. As far as backwashing first - you actually do not backwash first when you are doing a DE filter clean. It is also standard procedure for the repair technician to show you the bad grids (if you are home) so you can see they are indeed bad before we replace them. We have been in business for 11 years and pride ourselves on providing quality work and service at an affordable price. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and we will definitely address this issue with our repair technician. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and always encourage customers to call our office if there is an issue so we can immediately address it and get it corrected."
"Thank you for your review. I do apologize you felt like you were overcharged, but I did look up your account and I think maybe you were mistaken on the charges. We performed a filter clean, a repair, and a clean-up. For the repair - you were only charged for 1 service call as well as the parts replaced to fix the actual crack in the pipe. You were not charged for a seal. Please call our office if you would like to discuss any charges in further detail."
