The service tech came out and spent time with me learning my wants and concerns. He checked out the entire system and worked me up a quote. He also helped me prioritize what needed to happen today if I was ready to move forward. After speaking with him we set out a gameplan that worked for me and started the repairs. He was able to complete everything I needed done in one day. I was very pleased with the service and will call them again for other work.

They came out in a reasonable time to fix our issues, whereas other companies had a 4 week lead time. They throughly checked our sprinklers for the issue called and identified another issue that was unknown to us and all repaired at a reasonable cost.

Left old sprinkler heads just lying around in grass. Dogs found them. Not a problem, but if they'd have chewed off a sharp bit of hard plastic, that wouldn't have been cool. Just pick up your mess (or remind me to), one.
