E. J. came out as scheduled for an estimate. After I agreed to have the work done, he met with me, and I signed the contract and paid him 1/2 down. The work was done around 2-3 weeks later. The delay was due to rainy/windy conditions. He switched some of the boards around by using some that were under one of the wooden planters. In doing that, I later discovered a severed lighting wire connected to the wooden planter along with a missing board. When I called E.J. regarding this he said he would splice the wire and replace and stain the missing board, and he eventually did.

EJ showed up on time for thequote.  he and his helpers did most of the work and he was easy to get in touch with if he didn't answer his cell i called the main office number and he got back to me quickly.  The work was done in 4-5 days and the stain was put on a couple of weeks later.  it was a great experience.  I did notice later that the metal caps on the poles were not on fully and EJ came out and put them back on but explained becuase the ways the boards were they would not go into the poles all the way.

Mr. Overton did a great job with the lattice work, and staining the deck.  He replaced some boards and reinforced other areas.  He replaced the fence between my house and the neighbor.  He took down old fence, removed jasmine and hauled away all of the debris.  The neighbor wanted a cedar fence and it turned out beautifully after it was stained. The cedar fence looked so good that I wanted the same fence on my driveway.  He replaced the driveway fence with a new gate and hinges.  All of it looked great after staining.  The other side of my house had a new fence that was never stained.  He stained the fence in a similar color and repaired the gate.

I would recommend Ultimate Fence & Deck Sealing to family, friends and neighbors.  Work done in a timely fashion and the work was done as per our conversation.  I am well pleased.  I found Ultimate Fence & Deck on Angie's List, thanks for the opportunity to use your list.  I will be using the list for what I need in the future.

It was a very pleasant experience doing business with EJ.  He was good about returning phone calls.  When we did finally speak, he was pleasant to talk with and very professional.  After explaining what we needed, he provided an estimate over the phone and an approximate time table that he could perform the repair.  I asked what if the job was more after he came out in person, and he said that he would call first if the repair was going to be more than the estimate.  After a couple of days, I did have to follow-up with EJ about coming out.  However, he was out the very next day when he said he would be.  He did a great job on the repair, and the cost of the repair was exactly within his estimate.  It was nice to have a repair go so smoothly and to not have any surprises.  We would definitely do business again with EJ and would recommend him.

  

The owner and one other guy came out when I was at work.  The owner was out doing the work personally and I was in touch with him because I was at work.  I spent around $1100 on that work.  He gave me a discount because even my neighbors used him.

There was a special from Angie’s list and they were close by. They did a beautiful job. i would use them in the future.  

They are very good. Very fast. Very professional. They show up on time and do their work efficiently. I've used them twice now. About every few years, I have them come back and refresh the stain on the fence. They are affordable enough to do that.

Pretty good experience overall. Fence is beautiful and sturdy and has a 24-month warranty. Sealer is a natural color, not an ugly orange. Had to remind owner to come by to give an estimate after initial contact. Job was finished on third day, instead of promised second day due to a miscount of needed materials. He did not appear on the day the project was finished to collect the final payment. Came the next day. Did not install interior pulls on gates after I suggested upon final pymt that would be a nice touch. Presumably future clients will receive pulls without asking.

Due to weather we had to postpone once, but he called to let me know right away that he could not stain a fence while it was raining and he rescheduled and was very prompt! The service and work is excellent!

Excellent overall experience. E.J. was consistently prompt, polite, and enthusiastic about his work. Most of the expense involved was for the labor of cleaning (fence was probably 10 yrs old and had never been stained or sealed). Overall, the work was completed in 2 1/2 days. E.J. personally worked on the cleaning job and had a crew come to do the staining. The crew had to return to reapply stain on a second day, because the first coat wasn't adequate. E.J. came out to inspect the finished product and has returned twice to touch up a couple of areas, and has done everything in his power to make me 100% happy with the final product. Excellent quality of work, and great customer service. Highly recommend them.
