Steven's Roofing did the work to repair the roof on October 16, 2009. A few days later it rained quite hard and the leak was just as bad as before the "repair". We started calling Steven's Roofing and we were told they were just swamped because of all the rain but they would come out and fix the leaks. After calling about 10 times they did send 2 guys out on November 17, 2009 with a pail full of tar. They smeared a little tar on the roof and left within 5 minutes. It rained a couple of days later and we still have the same leaks. We have called and spoke with both Robert (Bobby) Stevens (the owner) & his wife Linda Stevens at least another 10 times. They always appologize and say they'll be out to fix everything, often giving a time and date but never show up. It has now been 3-1/2 months and still no fix. We are still waiting and still calling.
