Noah was there on time, surveyed my situation-2nd story condo-dryer vented to roof. From inside condo he vacuumed inside vent, and then went to roof and cleaned the exit vent flap and covering hood. Had a plastic bag full of lint from that procedure. Have had dryer vent cleaned several times over the years and Noah's was the most thorough. Would definitely recommend him.
