The person who quoted the job used laser light to indicate how much of the tree was to be trimmed. The tree was not trimmed as much as we agreed, and he then tried to get me to pay more money to cut it any shorter. I refused. They left a big mess in the yard and it took me weeks to pick up the branches myself and carry them to the road. I had other trees that needed to be trimmed, but would not give them my business because the supervisor will agree to what you want and will then not follow through. The men who did the actual work were wonderful but did not clean up properly because the supervisor told them to leave when I would not agree to pay more.

Great company. Responded quickly, came out same day to quote, arrived next day and did exactly what we needed to have done. Every step was awesome, and the crew that did the work was efficient and cleaned up wonderfully well before they left. You won't go wrong selecting this company !

Friendly, efficient and do what they say they will do. Very happy with the results today - after the storm on all our branches, tree limbs and clean up.

Argumentative. Wants all $ up front. Agreed to grind stump below ground level but left it too high to plant grass over it. Will not return to fix it.

Miguel responded very quickly to our request. He was very professional and fulfilled the job he committed too. The huge tree which was dying and the roots had begun to destroy the sidewalk. He was prompt on the agreed time to start and completed the work well within the allotted time frame. My wife and I are very pleased and will use him again when necessary. I highly recommend his services.

Received three estimates. Mr Tree was selected. Fair fee with three man crew. The hedging coupled with dead tree removal was clean and took no more then two hours

Unfortunately, Miguel and his team at MR Tree Service overcharged for the amount of work they quoted in the estimate because one tree stump in the backyard was not dug out, and the bush/hedge around the front yard tree was not **completely** removed. Mr. Miguel took too long and was evasive in returning phone calls to seek resolution to the problem. He stated to me that he would come back and finish the job, but he and the crew never showed up. My husband and I left the back gate unlocked to our home for 3-4 days with NO return visit from Miguel. He did not even text OR call to cancel the re-visit to resolve the complaint. Further, Mr. Miguel overcharged us for cutting down a few thin, flower tree limbs off the rooftop. I had to talk him down from attempting to charge us way too much money. No, this particular job was not part of the original estimate. It was an add-on once he and the crew showed up to do the original yard work. However, upon requesting that a few small, flower tree limbs be cut back off the rooftop, he quoted an outrageous price. It seems that he was already upset that I had done a prior negotiation with another professional service before offering MR Tree Service the original deal, just at a lower price. The bottom line is we were promised yard service that was only **partially** completed, and Miguel offered to come back to complete and resolve the two issues, but he NEVER showed back up. I booked MR Tree Service through your service. The price was good so was the tree trimming. The clean up was another story. They were trimming a pecan tree which was full of pecans. I picked up hundreds of nuts from my yard, down the side of my house, in my driveway and from the street. What a fun thing to do on my vacation! They drug the limbs down the side of my house, destroying the two shrubs that were there. They broke the recoiling clothesline, when I pointed that out to them they said sorry. I would have let all of this slide but today I noticed a large planter my wife has flowers in is broken with a chunk of the side missing. Enough is enough! I am unhappy with this service, will not use them again or refer them to anyone. I am warning my friends NOT to use MR Tree Service at any cost!

Well, they were quick to respond, came out and provided a quote. Said $400, wrote $500, maybe I misunderstood? Charge $540 because of taxes? OK. Well told him to grind the stump completely, knew we had an irrigation line close, told them not to worry about it. I have had other stumps removed by others and was satisfied. He told me hit a rock and removed what he could, never saw the line. During the weekend, I uncovered there work and found they just cleared to a few inches below ground, no rocks just more stump. Asked them to come back and see that it wasnt a complete job. Said he would, and never did. Not recommended. On of the few folks from Angi/home advisor that I felt taken advantage of. Buyer beware

Hired them to trim up a large crape myrtle tree. They arrived on time, did a good job on the tree and cleaned up very well. Would hire them again.
