overall things went ok except they did not clean up after themselves and I was sweeping shingle debris out of my garage for a while. Additionally, when I lower my attic stairs, I am met with shingle debris to this day. Annoying more than anything. I called him back when our chimney developed a leak and it takes a while to get a call back. Otherwise he identified the problem and fixed it pretty quickly.

I have used Mike once before, to replace our skylight that was damaged in a hail storm last year. He was extremely honest with me when he inspected the roof and said everything was tip top shape other then the skylight. This honesty is why I called him for this job. He came out to look at what needed to be completed and completed it within a week or so and billed me accordingly. Everything about working with Mike is enjoyable, his prices seem fair, and he is honest, which is hard to come by these days. The only area for concern was that in both instances where I used him, he didn't show up to look at what needed to be done. A follow up call was required on my part to get him to come out, acting as a reminder to him. Other then that, the work performed was great at a fair cost.

about Lenamond Roofing from the neighbor on the other side! There are
now three houses in a row with new roofs, with different materials and
different roofing solutions, all expertly completed by Lenamond Roofing.

I knew them because when I renovated my other house that's the roofer who did the work and I loved him so much that I used him again. The whole bill for all the silver tubes and two skylights is about $5000. He does superb work. He stands behind his work. If I ever have a problem, he is right back out there. He is pleasant to deal with. He is honest and if you find a good one you hang on to him. I have severe chemical allergies and he is careful not to tox me out while he is here because it probably doesn't apply to 99% of the people. His price is reasonable. I would use him again in the future.
