Went great.  I had a rental house we previously replaced most of the windows in but had not replaced this one because it was on the side of the house.  A wind storm broke the frame and it was time.  Called Kirk, he handled everything.  As usual high quality window with a high quality installation.  Highly recommend.

The latches on my window broke so when I opened it one day it fell and broke.
Kirk was very responsive. He was polite and professional. He was extremely accommodating to my work schedule, which I really appreciated.
Kirk came to my house to measure my window. It took approximately 2 weeks for my window to come in after he ordered it. When he came out, hebrought an assistant, who was very polite and professional too. They cleaned up after themselves before they left and answered any questions I had.
I've very happy with the quality of work and will definitely use him again to replace the rest of my window.

Kirk was very responsive, started on time and kept the job going until it was finished with absolutely no hitches.  He was very careful with removal of the old windows and did not scar the jams or leave any indication that the windows were removed and replaced.  All debris was removed on a daily basis.  We were completely comfortable with giving Kirk complete access to our occupied house when we were not there and he did not let us down.  When a window defect was discovered after the warranty period, Kirk went back to the manufacturer and they promptly replaced the defective material.  

We sold this house two years ago and feel that the widows were an important feature to the current owners.  We are willing to answer any specific questions by email which should be available from Angie's List or you may ask Kirk to forward your request.

Kirk Reid has replaced most of our windows with great results. We have used him twice in ten years. The windows are great and such a big improvement! We had him back after ten years because his product is good but also because he does such an amazing job. He does the work himself, is always on time, is very thorough and detail minded. He also does the business end extremely professionally which we really appreciate. We're having him back later this season to replace the front side windows. It's easy to recommend Kirk Reid- don't hesitate to schedule him. You will love your windows and never worry about the workmanship or who is in your home.

My house was built in 1952 and still had the original windows. It had gotten net to impossible to open my windows at all. I called Kirk Windows to get an estimate and got a call back that day and a visit within a day or so. Kirk had samples to show and described to me what he thought would work best for the price range I needed, measured and he had an estimate worked up in no time. Kirk and his workers were always prompt, courteous, and easy to communicate with. If I ever had a reason to talk with Kirk, he was easy to get in touch with and more than happy to help me. My windows and doors look great and are just what I wanted.

I have recommended Kirk Windows to several friends and would be more than willing to use tham again. Great, trustworthy company and it's nice to be able to open my windows again!!

Kirk Reid, the owner, has installed windows for us in the past and we have always been extremely happy with the quality of the windows installed and the quality of the installation. These are two different things and the installation is vitally important as well as the window quality. This is a small company so you are receiving personal attention from the owner in both the sales process and the installation process which is important to us. I do not think you could go wrong with having Kirk install windows and doors in your home. We are getting ready to use him again to replace our front door and our slider with a french door.
