Had six windows replaced. Two got installed when I saw defects in the coating of the glass and one with deep exterior scratches in glass. These should have been caught before shipping from American Window Systems. Kirk took care of working with manufacturer to get replacements. Team did very well in cleaning up once windows installed. Windows look great and perform much better in keeping heat out. Will use again for more windows.

Kirk did a great job for us installing a set of new sliding glass doors. The job was completed with great attention to detail! Would highly recommend.
