Kenny's Repair Service

Kenny did a great job on the demo of our bathrooms.  When he was taking up the old tile in one of the bathrooms, he noticed that the old subfloor had not been done properly, told us about it, made a recommendation that we re-do it, but did not pressure us to follow his recommendation.  We saw that his assessment was correct and authorized him do redo the subfloor so that there would not be future problems.  He also spotted a water problem in the corner of another bathroom, which turned out not to be a major deal, but did require replacing some trim on some patio doors.  We ok'd that work as well, and he used Hardie board to help prevent a future problem.  Kenny replaced the baseboards and trim in both bathrooms and did a masterful job.  It looked perfect when he was finished in each room.  He is no-nonsense, and we especially appreciate that.  Plus, his charges were reasonable.  We have some work that we'd like to do next year around the house, and we'll definitely give Kenny a chance to bid on it.  His helper Carlos is also experienced, knows what he is doing and is a pleasure to work with.
