THE BUILDER HAD THE HOUSE UP ON TIME; ALL THE APPLIANCES WERE IN THE HOUSE ON TIME; AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEY DUG A HOLE, TESTED THE WATER PRESSURE, MADE SURE THE PIPES WERE CONNECTED, AND MADE SURE IT COULD BE PUMPED OUT.
