Excellent, Mr. Estrada personally supervised the entire insulation process. He was on time and the pricing was extremely fair and competitive. His employees completed their work on time and added insulation depth markers to show exactly how much was applied and agreed to before starting.

Communication was good from my initial inquiry through the day of the work. The team showed up on time, within the window they said they would arrive. Jose, the owner, called me to let me know his crew was on the way and they had just arrived. They were very courteous, asked a few questions, and immediately began working. The crew completed the work in just under 2 and half hours. The initial estimate was 3 hours. 

They took great care in not messing up anything in my home and worked well around me as I had to take a couple of work calls. They were efficient in their work and I couldn't be happier with all they did in the amount of time they did it in. I asked Jose about his company and he told me he started it to address a need he saw after doing auditing work and also to be part of Oncor's home energy program. His crews work hard and do good work.

My house is built in 1999 and I had the original pink insulation done by the builder and I recall it was R24 level. Jose and his team insulated my attic with very efficient fiberglass insulation and raised the level of insulation to R38. The new insulation is white, so, it is actually very good looking (my attic looks like a snow field now) but more importantly it is one of those insulations that does not easily compact, so, it will maintain the R38 level for long time. That greatly helps with the efficiency of the attic. I am very glad to have it done before the extremely hot season that we are having.
The price is also very reasonable as I was given a quote of $0.50/Sq Ft compared to the $1/Sq Ft quotes that I was getting especially for R38 level of fiberglass  insulation.
Jose and his team are very professional, punctual and very experienced in the field. They have a very large insulation truck, so, all it needed was open a window and pull the hose in and seal everything back up. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. They cleaned up everything related. I have already recommended them to all my friends and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did a really good job. You should be prepared to wait to get them on the schedule because they are very busy.
