D & P Carpet Cleaning

The office staff was very helpful and the cleaning staff was very professional and punctual. Very satisfied.

The owner of this company (Mr. Fluellen) did recontact me and agreed to send out a different technician to inspect the work previously done on my laminate floors. He advised that this second tech was one of his most senior employees with a specialty in wood and laminate floors. The second tech arrived on time, inspected the floors, and immediately retrieved his tools and products to redo the floors. He came early on his off day (Sunday) and took the whole day to remove then reapply the floor finish and restorer; he got down on his hands and knees and carefully and professionally cleaned and restored my floors to a "very satisfactory" condition. He continually assured me that things would be handled to my upmost satisfaction, and they were. I am now very pleased with the condition of my floors. Mr. Fluellen telephoned me the next day to make sure that everything was done properly and that I was satisfied. I am very pleased with this follow-up/make-up service and with the owner's response.

I was very disappointed in the results of the work on the laminate floors. The floors looked like they had a good polish job, but once they dried one could easily see hairs and debris mixed in with the dried product. Obviously the floors had not been properly cleaned before the application of the polish. Now that the polish had dried, I was unable to remove the very visible debris and hairs as they were now embedded in the polish. I contacted the owner of the company with my concerns (about 3 weeks later; I had entertained company and had also been out of town) and was immediately admonished that I should have complained within the 48 hours allowed by the contract. At no time did the owner show any concern that the work had not been properly done. He did, however, send the same employee back to my house to look at the work. The employee immediately saw and acknowledged the problems with the floors. He came prepared to "try to remedy" the situation, and he repeatedly advised me that at the company wanted him to charge me more money due to the time lapse. I am not sure that he knew exactly how to best remedy the situation as the issues were much worse after he left and the "spots" that he tried to clean and reapply the polish now look worse than before; and those spots boldly stand out. I will need to hire another company to come and correct/redo all this work. I don't know if my floors have now been permanently damaged in his "scrubbing off" the initial polish. I should also say that I was very pleased with the cleaning of the grout on my tile floors.

.They cleaned the carpet in the whole house and several area rugs. he charged me depending on the sizes. The carpet didn't need any repairing or replacing. They were on time and the gentlemen was neat in his appearance and very professional. He decried what he was doing he proceeded with the work and it didn't take him long. When he finished he had me come and look at the work that was done. When everything dried the carpet looked so nice and he did a great job. When drying the area rugs he took them and placed them where I wanted them to be. He reconfirmed the price we agreed to and I was very satisfied with him. I was satisfied with the service and the quality of work that he did.

You'll not find a nicer or more dependable young man than Vincent. As before, he called ahead of time to say he was on the way and arrived early. We like early arrivers.

He is very efficient and conscientious and goes above and beyond to please us. He has such a good work ethic -- so rare these days. He is also very knowledgeable about what he does, and the results are more than pleasing. Everything is so nice and clean!!! Thank you, Vincent.

Excellent service. Called 30 minutes ahead of time to say they were on the way. Arrived early and very efficiently went to work. They took their time and very thoroughly did the work. Results are fantastic. This is the second time we've used them and couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend!!! Have them scheduled to come back next week to clean Terrazzo.

I last used them 5 months ago. His price was reasonable and he was awesome, he did a good job and the guys are friendly. I was running late for one appointment and I trusted them so much that I gave them the code to my house to get in. I got a standard cleaning service for $75. If I want a deep clean they would charge $100 or $110.
