We have used Allenaire many times over the years to replace or repair air conditioning and/or heating units in our rental properties. The work is superior. The pricing is always fair and reasonable. When it comes time to replace the HVAC in our home we will call Steve. One of the best service providers we have ever used. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Extremely well. AC repairs can be expensive and this was one of the times for us. There were several things that could have been the problem and Stephen had to go through things via a process of elimination. He was actually out part of two days working on our system. Given how long Stephen was here and the trips he made to the shop to have some parts tested, etc... I was not surprised by the expense. Even though the repair was expensive this time, we know we got a fair price and great service with Stephen.
