They never quoted me a price. He then went to Ace Hardware and purchased a $5 part, came back, took all of 10 minutes to fix the faucet. Then charged me $250. Unheard of!!! I contacted Discover and filed a dispute. They refunded all but $25 which is there diagnostic fee. Will never use them again.

They call us when it's time for them to do their maintenance, they come over and do their job. We signed up for a plan where if we see anything they can come back for free, so it was $400 plan.
