Shane and Paul arrived on time. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one. The old water heater had been jury rigged and had not been up to code. Since there is no drain underneath the water heater, They recommended a device that automatically shuts of the flow of water to prevent water damage if there is a leak. It has been over three months since the water heater replacement and everything is working fine! Lancaster Plumbing is out go to plumber.

They finally did the work properly. I would not like to completely bang them on the head, but they had the nerves to charge twice. We got a new refrigerator and we had to have waterlines run to hook to our new refrigerator. The owner sent his guy out to do it for the first time and they did it wrong. So when the refrigerator was delivered the guys who were with the delivery, and were paid to hook it up, could not hook it up and they were like we are sorry you guys did it wrong and we cannot hook it up. So here we are sitting with our refrigerator. I called Lancaster, the guy came out and he fixed it but then he had the nerves to send me a bill, which is completely bogus when your guys did it wrong in the first place and we had already paid the first bill. Their price was outrageous. Regarding professional, I would give them a "D" and that is for charging me twice.

Repairs were done in one day and they called a few days later to check on the quality and satifaction of the work!!!! A+++++++++++++++++++
