WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE TROPHY!!! She lies makes excuses and lies again. Said my appointment was between 12 and 5. Said they would call after the Kingsland job. Didn't happen. I took off work to be there. I was there at 11:50, checked my phone to find a message saying they were there waiting at 11:42 and gone when I arrived. She said she and her husband called me several times. She lied, phone records don't. She said, "Well, I don't control their schedule!" Oh really? Isn't that your job? Then she shouted something and hung up on me. I gave one star because you can't give zero!
