We did not pay them because they were extremely rude. We actually didn't even let them get started on the work. One of their employees insulted my husband and we sent them on their way. It was horrible. The first time they were fine. They were extremely expensive. They were on time and I would never use them again.

They are one of the few plumbers in town, but they are good because if they don't get something fixed the first time, they will come back out at no charge and make sure that it is fixed. They do good work, and they stand behind the good work.
