I called this company at the beginning of summer when temperatures just started to reach triple digits. They informed me up front that they were booked solid with appointments but squeezed us in. We called them after another company failed to show up for 3 appointments. Leatherwood techicians were excellent at keeping us informed and promptly ordered and replaced parts.
