They had unreliable/poor quality sub-contractors. My interaction with both the company and the sub-contractors were poor. The biggest problem was integrity issues. From day one, we just had a ton of integrity issues. They flooded the house twice. Had a gas leak where my home got red-tagged. Had the fire department came out and tell us they had to remove the meter from the house. Those were probably the highlights. The house suffered water damage twice and was red-tagged. The work turned out decent in the end. I found several electrical issues and one plumbing issue since they left that had to have remediation. Interior work was okay. Exterior work was poor. The project went on for a year and a half before they abandoned it.
