All went very well on both jobs.  Working with Emily on the blind choice she had excellent suggestions and the blind install by Del looks great.  The wood fabric Emily suggested really enhances the look. The awning install presented some issues because of my roof line.  But the technician figured it out and the large awning went up. We chose remote motorized so it can be operated from inside the house. Everything works great and the awning recommended by Del really helped mitigate the severe western Texas sun issue we had.  Glad we did it even at the expense. It is a quality awning which I expect will provide trouble free usage for many years.  If anything would go wrong I know I can trust Del to bring it back to like new working condition. Del and Emily are that kind of people. I had investigated other awnings, and while prices may have varied somewhat, I like being able to work directly with the owners who were both on each installation.  A lot better than dealing with juts some employee who is simply paid to do a job.

Would definitely use Interiors Austin again.
Their recommendations on what color and type of shade to order were spot on. Without that insight, we would have ordered shades that really would have missed the whole point of what we were going for.
The ordering process was a piece of cake and our products came in pretty quickly. 
We love the result!

The entire process was a great experience.  Emily assisted in picking beautiful and appropriate fabrics for each area.  she also had the work done by a company who was able to meet the timeframe in which this project was needed.  In addition the price for the fabric and the  creation of the entire project was within our budget.  Emily was present at the installation and oversaw each step.

InteriorsAustin, Inc. is awesome.!!!    My husband and I have a home on Lake LBJ and were not enjoying the sun light beaming through our bedroom window during the early morning hours and a glare on our TV set in our living room/kitchen area.  The owner came out to meet with us and was very knowledgeable and informative with recommendations and selections on sun filtering roller shades.  We had custom made shades installed and the issues were solved.  The entire process was smooth and they easily worked with our busy schedules.  I am very satisfied with the experience I had and am even thinking about getting a motorized awning installed on our patio some day soon and will definitely be calling them again.

Working with InteriorsAustin was a real pleasure. With new construction, we needed window coverings in several rooms,and every time Emily came through promptly. Everything is working well and we're very happy with the look and feel of the custom Roman shade Emily designed for our powder room. Really gives the room the spark it needed. We have used InteriorsAustin two times at this point, including the recent addition of motorized shades, and give them our highest recommendation.

Amazing job! It has transformed my home. They were very accurate in their measuring of the openings,(which none are quite the same due to the exterior walls being AAC Block construction) The products arrived on time and were installed when they promised.They saved me me time and money as I had shopped for different products and they gave me like alternatives that fit my budget. InteriorsAustin was on time and on budget.  The contractor took the time to look up products available on line and assisted in making choices on flooring, tile, counter-tops, fans, light fixtures, and more.  He was always available to meet sub contractors, inspectors, and others needing access to the property during the remodel.  He worked well with an outside company who installed new appliances.  He also submitted all necessary paperwork to my insurance company and mortgage company.

Emily went all out to win my business.  She was completely adept at the service I needed and she was flexible in terms of finding solutions as my issues came up. One great example had to do with the size of the valances. They were too long to fit in my car and I didn't have access to a larger vehicle. Her solution was to install hinges so they could be folded in half.  Having the hinges also made it easier for me to hang them.  She was careful with the dimensions and other information I gave her as she confirmed everything prior to doing any of the fabrication.  Throughout the process Emily kept in touch, a few modifications were initiated by me and the changes were incorporated at little or no cost. She was also flexible with the billing.
I found Emily in Angie's List.  I talked with two other businesses but neither compared to Emily at InteriorsAustin, Inc.  I recommend them without hesitation.

I met Emily at her showroom in Spicewood.  She patiently went through swatch books and options with me, thoroughly itemizing costs for each choice.  When my shades arrived, Jason installed them quickly and professionally. Four shades were installed in less than 2.5 hours.  Wonderful experience--would not hesitate to use this vendor again.

We originally wanted one type of product, but when we did the cost/benefit analysis, and the practicality, we changed our minds. Emily didn't try to dissuade us, and made the adjustment. That was impressive! Many people wouldn't have been as gracious. You'll enjoy working with Emily...she's the genuine article!

From start to finish....this was a top notch operation.  The owner listened to what our needs were for the window in question.  We wanted to block out the heat....but not the view.  She knew exactly what we were looking for and we did not have to go through exhaustive reasearch to get it.  We LOVE our Sun filtering panel track.  Thanks to the reflective technology,  we  can close it, and STILL be able to see what it is going on outside (no one can see in).  We would never have gotten this kind of service at a national "home store" and we feel that the price was probably comparable if not better.
 

InteriorsAustin Inc.  is a superlative husband/wife business that offers wonderful customer service and products.  She assisted with item selection/colors and he did the install (their regular installer was not available on our day) so that clearly demonstrated pride in ownership and responsibility.  These are qualities that are getting hard to find.  I urge you to support this fine family business just as we have done and will continue to do.  Supporting small business is the American thing to do!!

The job was excellent. They were on top of everything and they finished on time. The quality of the job was excellent. We would recommend them to other people. We will use them again in the future.

My second experience was just like my first. From my initial phone call to installation was about two weeks. Very professional service and came in on budget.

The overall experience was excellent from start to finish.  Emily came to my home with bunches of fabric samples and hardware catalogs and samples.  I knew which windows I wanted to cover, but I wasn't set on a particular style/look.  Emily had great design ideas and an eye for what would look good and coordinate with the existing furniture and upholstery.  It would've taken me days to put together what she did in just a few hours.  She measured the windows and sketched out the final designs.  She was also able to confirm availability of the fabric I chose and provide a cost estimate in the same visit.  Very nice and very efficient!  She and her installer came back a few weeks later and installed everything.  The draperies fit perfectly and the fabric/hardware quality was excellent.  I would definitely do business with InteriorsAustin again and plan to use them in the near future when it's time to replace the blinds in my home with some awesome plantation shutters that I recently saw at their showroom in Spicewood.
