I went on Angie's list and found Capital City Garage Doors. They had few reviews but it was an A rating and they were close by...so we decided to go with them.
From the time I was greeted on the phone by Jason...to the repairman, Michael...to being able to talk to the owner, Loren, on a Saturday for pricing and his recommendations (Sat was when the work was done)...the entire process was A+ !
We appreciated his honesty in not overselling us the premier model- simply because we didn't it!
Their labor and the parts they installed have a lifetime warranty too! That speaks to their confidence in the quality of their work and the products they use.
